After over a year of paperwork, in August 2016 we switched on our fabulous 52-kilowatt solar array. This grid-connected system was designed to match our power needs. So when we produce more electricity than we require (middle of the day), we supply the grid and when we require more than we produce (nighttime) we are supplied from the grid. This means we don’t rely on batteries! Come and check it out the next time you visit us – it´s right at our entrance.
