Cascada Trail

The Cascada Trail is located inside Eco Venao’s property. The entire route to the viewpoint is 1.5m and it takes approximately 25 minutes.

Along the way you will get to know the different species of trees and vegetation and if you are lucky you will see the three different species of monkeys (howlers, capuchins, and spider).

Once you reach the Cascada you can decide to go back or perhaps keep going until you reach the viewpoint. This part gets a lil steep but once you get up there it will be worth it, you will have an astonishing view of Playa Venao!

 

Ask at reception for one of our maps, it will be useful to guide you and they also provide information about the tree species that you will find. the cost is $4 per person (free for our guests).

We recommend using closed shoes and taking water. 

What can I say.. It was just perfect to be there. All the nature & animals, beautiful beach (also good for learning surfing @ the Surf Dojo), super lovely staff

My family and I just had an incredible vacation here at Eco Venao ! . Renting a house here was the best decision for us as it gave us the space and privacy we wanted to relax , lounge around and watch the beautiful nature .

This was pretty much the perfect locale for a short vacation where we could get away from it all...you can tire yourself out on the waves and recouperate in a hammock and freak out to the sound of lightning and howler monkeys and put yourself back together with a tropical drink.
