La Sala 
 
A beautiful palm roofed deck on the beach, with 180° view of ocean, trees and sand.
The sturdy polished teak floor and the high roof provides an ideal space for a wide range of activities.
 
It is where yoga and meditation sessions are held, and has also been used for music and dance classes. Ask at reception for our weekly Yoga classes.

What’s included:

  • Choice of private beach cabana or shared Casona on the hill accommodations

  • 3 healthy meals/day from Los Naufrageos, Cafe de Acá and Dojo (all located inside Eco Venao beach resort)

  • 30 hours of Yoga Training YACEP certification

  • Transport in the Pink Bus to and from Panama City, meals included.

  • One day pass at the Playa Venao Resort

My family and I just had an incredible vacation here at Eco Venao ! . Renting a house here was the best decision for us as it gave us the space and privacy we wanted to relax , lounge around and watch the beautiful nature .

This was pretty much the perfect locale for a short vacation where we could get away from it all...you can tire yourself out on the waves and recouperate in a hammock and freak out to the sound of lightning and howler monkeys and put yourself back together with a tropical drink.
