With a design that organically combines Mediterranean and Colonial styles, La Casa Mango’s architecture carefully considers the surrounding environment, incorporating natural ventilation. This option of a holiday house in Playa Venao is located inside the lodge, and it’s a three minute walk away from our restaurant. The building houses two separate wings with a central, partially open-air salon and the kitchen. This house is ideal if your planning to spend your family vacations at a very eco-friendly house, surrounded by nature.
The house can comfortably accommodate a family of six people. The west wing was designed with families in mind, has a spacious main bedroom with a queen-sized bed upstairs and a smaller room with bunk beds on the ground floor designed for children.
The east wing boasts a large upstairs bedroom with two twin beds. Both upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans and Juliet balconies overlooking Eco Venao’s grounds towards the sea. Each wing has its own walk-in wardrobe area and a large downstairs bathroom, also with sea views.
The heart of the house includes a well-appointed kitchen, dining area and comfortable living space, from where you may – if you’re lucky – even see humpback whales splashing around.
We recommend bringing your own car during the rainy season, 4×4 if possible, as the house is located at a hill.
